These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdForge, including any content, functionality, and services offered through our website and apps (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account — including actions taken by teammates you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Plans, credits & billing
AdForge is offered through subscription plans and prepaid credit packs. Generations consume credits — each image or video generation, or each 1,000 words of copy, uses one credit. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; prepaid packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and except where required by law, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to impersonate any person or brand; to produce fraudulent or misleading ads; or to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content & ownership
You retain ownership of the briefs, brand assets, and materials you upload, and of the images, videos, and copy you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your inputs and that your use of the outputs is lawful. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services — including our software, design, branding, and documentation — are owned by AdForge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to use the Services beyond the license described here.
7. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party providers, including AI model providers, payment gateways, storage, and publishing networks. Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
