We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, password (stored encrypted), and billing details when you register or subscribe — along with the brand assets, product briefs, and prompts you upload to your brand kits and campaigns. We also collect the images, videos, and copy you generate, plus usage data like device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and credits consumed.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the Services — generating on-brand creative from your briefs, metering credit usage, and processing payments — as well as to secure your account, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you've opted in, send product updates. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private generations to train third-party models without your consent.
3. Your content & generations
You own the images, videos, and copy you create with AdForge. We access your content only to operate the Services — to store it, display it back to you, and run the generation you requested. Your brand kits and campaigns stay private to your account and any teammates you invite.
4. How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, storage, analytics, payment gateways, and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations, with teammates you invite, or when required by law.
5. Cookies & tracking
AdForge uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may limit functionality.
